研究目的：

建立吸脂手术临床专家数据库，基于人工智能技术实现数据挖掘、分析与学习；以此为基础开发研制机器人辅助吸脂手术软硬件系统，完成系统的功能验证和系统性能的测试。  

Objectives of Study：

The database of clinical experts of liposuction surgery was established, and data mining, analysis and learning were realized based on artificial intelligence technology. Based on this, the software and hardware system of robot-assisted liposuction surgery was developed, and the function verification and system performance test of the system were completed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对于入选的病例，在术前对需要进行吸脂的部位先进行超声扫描，获取术前超声图像，在术中进行抽脂手术时，进行实时术中的超声扫描，获取吸脂过程中不同阶段的吸脂超声图像，在吸脂操作器械末端安装力传感器和光学定位器，实时获取术中手术器械的操作力和运动轨迹。具体主要采集的临床数据包括：患者姓名、性别、年龄等个人信息，每个患者手术过程中切口大小、切口位置、手术时间、术中的手术器械的力信号、手术器械的运动轨迹等。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

For selected cases, on the part of the need for liposuction before surgery to ultrasonic scanning, preoperative ultrasound images, while the intraoperative for liposuction, ultrasound scanning in the real-time operation, for different stages in the process of liposuction liposuction ultrasonic image, in the end of the liposuction operation equipment installation force sensor and optical locator, real-time access to and operation of intraoperative surgical instruments and trajectory.Specific clinical data from the main include: patient name, sex, age and other personal information, each patient during the surgery incision size and location of incision, operation time, perioperative surgical instruments in the force signal and the trajectories of surgical instruments, etc. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并心、肝、肺、皮肤病活动期等重要组织器官疾病者；长期激素治疗者；合并凝血功能障碍者；治疗区域皮肤存在感染灶者。

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with heart, liver, lung, skin disease active stage and other important organ diseases; long-term hormone therapy; combined with coagulation dysfunction; treatment area of skin infection; With history of drug abuse; with anesthetic allergy symptoms.
