探索青光眼患者的双眼抑制地形图和视野缺损的关系,双眼对比度衰减和视力下降的关系,以及各项知觉缺损和视觉神经通路缺损的初步联系. 在此基础上进行探索性质的短期可塑检查进一步找出每个青光眼患者的脑视觉缺损位点及知觉训练阈值的敏感区,也就是该患者的学习区。 结合临床治疗手段,通过双眼视功能推拉模型的可塑训练抑制青光眼患者视野损害,减轻视野损害深度,提高其视觉质量的目标。 |

Objectives of Study: |
To explore the relationship between binocular suppression topography and visual field defects, the relationship between binocular contrast attenuation and visual acuity decline, and the preliminary relationship between various perceptual defects and visual nerve pathway defects in patients with glaucoma. On this basis, the exploration of the nature of short-term plastic examination to further identify each glaucoma patient's brain visual defect site and perceptual training threshold sensitive area, that is, the patient's learning zone. Combined with clinical treatment, the plastic training of binocular visual function push-pull model can inhibit visual field damage, reduce the depth of visual field damage and improve the visual quality of glaucoma patients. |

排除标准: |
排除标准:所有研究对象都排除高度近视、葡萄膜炎、黄斑病变,糖尿病视网膜病变等眼底病,以及视网膜视神经疾患、半年内内眼手术史等影响视网膜的疾病。排除可能引起视神经退行性变的中枢神经系统退行性病变。排除颅内占位等神经系统疾病。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
The exclusion criteria were defined with the history of any other optic neuropathy; any retinal and macular disease; optic media opacities; spherical refractive error greater than ±6 diopters; and an astigmatism greater than +/-3 diopters. Presence of any chronic-degenerative disease of the nervous system, motor disturbance, neglect, nystagmus or other forms of impairments to fixate, amblyopia, photosensitivity, history of trauma, any other ocular disease or ocular surgery at least one year prior to recruitment or expected ocular surgery within the six months after study entry. |
