以Bas-C-SECI模型为导向构建⼀套适合重症专科护⼠临床实践培训⽅案，助⼒学员将新知识内化为专业能⼒，最终打造出理论扎实、技能精湛且具备科学思维的重症专科护⼠队伍，为提升ICU 护理质量提供⼈才⽀撑。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the Bas-C-SECI model, a clinical practice training program suitable for critical care specialist nurses is constructed to help trainees internalize new knowledge into professional capabilities. Ultimately, a team of critical care specialist nurses with solid theoretical foundations, excellent skills, and scientific thinking is cultivated, providing talent support for improving the quality of ICU nursing.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往参加过基于Bas-C-SECI模式的学习或培训； 2.临床实践培训期间请假超过3d者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has previously participated in learning or training based on the Bas-C-SECI model; 2. Those who took more than 3 days off during the clinical practice training period.
