研究目的：

1. 分析不同临床结局患者的消化系统肠道双歧杆菌及相关代谢产物差异； 2. 探索肠道双歧杆菌及其代谢产物与胰腺手术并发症（如胰瘘、内外分泌功能障碍、胆瘘等）的临床相关性； 3. 结合单细胞测序技术探索肠道双歧杆菌造成胰腺术后并发症的机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyze the differences in gastrointestinal Bifidobacterium and related metabolites among patients with different clinical outcomes; 2. Explore the clinical correlation between intestinal Bifidobacterium and its metabolites and pancreatic surgery complications (such as pancreatic fistula, endocrine and exocrine dysfunction, bile fistula, etc.); 3. Combine single-cell sequencing technology to explore the mechanisms by which intestinal Bifidobacterium causes postoperative pancreatic complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄较大患者，具体年龄>80岁患者且基础疾病较多无法耐受手术者； 2.随访缺失患者； 3.围术期无法采集粪便者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Older patients, specific age >80 years old patients and more basic diseases can not tolerate surgery; 2. Patients with missing follow-up; 3. Those who cannot collect feces during the perioperative period.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	使用蓝黑或黑色签字笔填写病例报告表（CRF）。所有项目都必须完成。所填写的项目不得涂改，如要更改，应先将填错的数据用一短横线划掉，然后在其上方填上正确的结果，并在旁边签名和注明日期。研究医生必须在病例报告表签名，表示已检查过病例报告表中所有数据，并认为这些数据是真实、准确的。
