进行单分子测序测序作为一线地贫基因检测技术的效果评价，为地贫防控体系优化提供科学依据与决策支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of single molecule sequencing as a first-line genetic detection technology for thalassemia, and provide scientific basis and decision support for the optimization of thalassemia prevention and control system.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.任何原因无法获取有效的、足够的样本； 2.在半年内因各种原因进行过输血的样本； 3.研究者认为不适合参与本次临床研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any reason preventing the acquisition of valid and sufficient samples; 2. Samples that have undergone blood transfusion for various reasons within the past six months; 3. Other circumstances deemed unsuitable for participation in this clinical study by the researchers.
