研究目的：

本研究拟对B超引导下的肋间神经阻滞和胸椎旁神经阻滞治疗PHN进行临床对比观察，为临床应用神经阻滞治疗PHN提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to compare the intercostal nerve block and thoracic paravertebral nerve block for the treatment of PHN under the guidance of B-ultrasound, and provide a reference for the clinical application of nerve block therapy for PHN.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患者拒绝或穿刺部位感染；
②严重心肺功能不全；
③血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者；
④对本研究中所用药物过敏或不适合神经阻滞患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patient refused or puncture site infection;
2. severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
3. diabetic patients with poor glycemic control;
4. patients who were allergic to the drugs used in this study or were not suitable for nerve block.
