Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the abnormal expression characteristics of APOL1 in NEC intestinal and immune cells, and analyze its correlation with the M1/M2 polarization state of macrophages; 2. Analyze the molecular mechanism of APOL1 in the occurrence and development of NEC.
