Objectives of Study：

Understanding the impact of individualized PEEP titration strategies guided by driving pressure on postoperative atelectasis and early diaphragm function recovery in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic liver resection

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD），严重程度达GOLD分级3级或以上。 2.患有纽约心脏病协会（NYHA）心功能分级III级或以上的严重心力衰竭。 3.既往有胸腹部手术史，且预计可能导致胸腔严重粘连或已知存在膈肌功能障碍者。 4.肝功能Child-Pugh分级为C级，或估算肾小球滤过率（eGFR）< 30 mL/min/1.73m²。 5.存在认知功能障碍、精神疾病或语言沟通障碍，无法配合完成术后随访评估。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), with a severity of GOLD grade 3 or higher. 2. Severe heart failure classified as NYHA class III or above. 3. Previous history of thoracic or abdominal surgery, which is expected to cause significant thoracic adhesions or known diaphragmatic dysfunction. 4. Liver function classified as Child-Pugh class C, or an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 30 mL/min/1.73m². 5. Presence of cognitive impairment, mental illness, or language communication barriers, making it impossible to cooperate with postoperative follow-up assessments.
