研究目的：

通过分析人格特征、容量管理行为、容量负荷三者之间相关性；探讨容量管理行为在人格特征和容量负荷间的中介效应；构建腹膜透析患者人格特征的潜类别模型并分析其容量负荷状态，为基于人格特征的腹膜透析患者容量精准化管理提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the correlations among personality traits, volume management behavior, and volume overload; exploring the mediating effect of volume management behavior between personality traits and volume overload; and constructing a latent class model of personality traits in peritoneal dialysis patients while analyzing their volume overload status, this study aims to provide a scientific basis for precision volume management in peritoneal dialysis patients based on their personality traits.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）具有精神和认知障碍方面疾病； （2）合并肿瘤、感染、结核、大型手术后、严重创伤等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have psychiatric or cognitive disorders; (2) Have concurrent conditions such as tumors, active infections, tuberculosis, post-major surgery, or severe trauma.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质病例记录表收集数据，包括患者一般资料、临床指标及四份量表。采用中国临床试验注册平台免费EDC记录数据，数据由双人独立录入EpiData，经核查后导入SPSS 26.0进行统计分析。

In this study, data were collected using paper-based case record forms, including general patient information, clinical indicators, and four scales. The data were independently entered into EpiData by two individuals, and then imported into SPSS 26.0 for statistical analysis after verification.
