研究目的：

探讨新型多电极顺序标测方法在提高APC消融效率、成功率及鉴别机械刺激诱发的房早（MIE）方面的有效性与安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a novel multi-electrode sequential mapping approach for enhancing ablation efficiency, improving success rates, and identifying mechanically induced ectopy (MIE) during APC ablation

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 持续性或永久性心房颤动病史； 2. 存在需同期处理的其他类型心律失常（如典型房扑、房室结折返性心动过速等）或存在紊乱性房性心律失常； 3. 左心房内径 > 55 mm，或左心室射血分数 < 50%； 4. 存在心腔内血栓、活动性感染、未纠正的严重电解质紊乱、妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 5. 因血管畸形、下腔静脉滤器等原因无法完成导管操作； 6. 既往有心脏外科手术或心房介入手术史（单纯房间隔封堵术除外）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation; 2. other arrhythmias requiring concomitant ablation (e.g., typical atrial flutter, AVNRT) or chaotic atrial tachycardia; 3. left atrial diameter >55 mm or left ventricular ejection fraction <50%; 4. intracardiac thrombus, active infection, uncorrected severe electrolyte disturbances, pregnancy or lactation; 5. inability to perform catheter manipulation due to vascular anomalies or inferior vena cava filter; 6. prior cardiac surgery or atrial interventional procedure (except simple atrial septal defect closure).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据来源：常州市武进人民医院住院电子病历记录系统和门诊电子病历系统； 收集方式：采集2019年10月至2025年11月期间于我院行APC导管消融患者的住院数据和门诊随访数据，双人独立录入，逻辑核查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data source: Inpatient electronic medical record system and outpatient electronic medical record system of Wujin People's Hospital, Changzhou. Collection method: Inpatient data and outpatient follow-up data of patients who underwent APC catheter ablation in our hospital from October 2019 to November 2025 were collected. Data were independently entered by two individuals and subjected to logical verification.
