本研究旨在揭示高阶像差在视觉发育关键期的作用机制，探索其与屈光不正、屈光参差、间歇性外斜视及弱视等眼病的关联性，为早期筛查和干预提供新视角。研究成果将有助于完善视觉发育理论体系，推动个性化屈光矫正策略的发展，对提升视觉健康水平具有重要科学价值与临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to reveal the mechanism of action of high-order aberrations during the critical period of visual development, explore their correlation with ocular disorders such as ametropia, anisometropia, intermittent exotropia and amblyopia, and provide a new perspective for early screening and intervention. The research findings will help improve the theoretical system of visual development, promote the development of personalized refractive correction strategies, and possess significant scientific value and clinical significance for improving the level of visual health.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 伴有其它眼部器质性疾病 2: 眼部手术史 3: 全身发育异常 4: 不能配合所需各项检查 5: 拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1.Complicated with other organic ocular diseases 2.History of ocular surgery 3.Systemic developmental abnormalities 4.Unable to cooperate with the required examinations 5.Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
