研究目的:

探讨老年COPD患者的慢病管理干预策略内容,设计基于智能体的慢阻肺患者的自我管理与痛苦干预策略,具体目标包括以下两个方面:比较基于A智能体的COPD患者远程自我管理干预方案与常规远程COPD自我管理方案;基于AI智能体的COPD患者痛苦干预方案与常规COPD患者远程肺康复干预方案之间的差异,从而评价智能体的干预效果。在实施中不断优化完善,最终探索出一种整合痛苦和自我管理的综合智能体干预方案,以提高老年COPD患者的自我管理、决策水平,缓解患者痛苦,解决老年COPD患者慢性病管理面临的难题。通过干预策略的实施,提高患者的自我管理依从性,缓解痛苦,减少医疗资源的使用,减轻患者家庭及社会的经济负担,改善心理健康和肺功能状态,从而提高患者的生活质量与自我管理能力。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to explore chronic disease management intervention strategies for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to design an AI agent–based self-management and suffering intervention model. The specific objectives include two main aspects: (1) to compare the AI agent–based remote self-management intervention program for COPD patients with the usual remote self-management intervention; and (2) to examine the differences between the AI agent–based suffering intervention program and the usual remote pulmonary rehabilitation intervention for COPD patients, thereby evaluating the effectiveness of the AI agent–based intervention.During the implementation process, the intervention will be continuously optimized and refined, ultimately leading to the development of an integrated AI agent–based intervention model that combines suffering management and self-management. Through the implementation of these intervention strategies, the study aims to improve patients’ adherence to self-management, alleviate suffering, reduce the utilization of healthcare resources, and lessen the economic burden on patients, families, and society. Furthermore, it seeks to enhance psychological well-being and pulmonary function, thereby improving the overall quality of life and self-management capacity of elderly patients with COPD.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.并发肺源性心脏病、呼吸衰竭;
2.伴有严重的心、肝、肾疾病;
3.近一年有心肌梗死、心绞痛发作;
4.高血压患者高于正常范围,经药物无法控制者;
5.体质过度衰弱,不能耐受肌肉力量测试;
6.有运动后晕厥病史。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Complicated with pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure;
2.Accompanied by serious heart, liver and kidney diseases;
3.Myocardial infarction and angina pectoris in the past year;
4.Hypertension patients are higher than the normal range and cannot be controlled by drugs;
5.Excessive physical weakness, can not tolerate muscle strength test;
6.History of fainting after exercise.
