研究目的：

临床药师的主要工作是指导临床合理用药，消除药物滥用造成的患者经济负担，疗效不佳、医疗浪费，打造合理高效、安全经济的用药环境，积极开展药学知识普及，临床用药监察是最直接的管理手段。为规范两性霉素B的临床应用，探索其临床使用范围，分析临床上使用两性霉素B不同制剂治疗隐球菌、曲霉菌、毛霉菌、马尔尼菲的临床疗效和安全性，为临床用药提供参考依据。将采用药物利用评价（Drug use evaluation，DUE），它是根据预设的药物利用标准来评价医院的用药模式，进而提出纠正措施，以达到确保临床合理用药、实现病人保健的目的，旨在评价临床用药的合理性，进而规范两性霉素B的临床用药。

Objectives of Study：

The main job of clinical pharmacists is to guide clinical rational drug use, eliminate patients' economic burden, poor curative effect and medical waste caused by drug abuse, create a reasonable, efficient, safe and economical drug use environment, and actively popularize pharmaceutical knowledge. Clinical drug use supervision is the most direct management means. In order to standardize the clinical application of amphotericin B, explore its clinical application scope, and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of different amphotericin B mechanisms in the treatment of cryptococcus, Aspergillus, Mucor and Marneffei, so as to provide reference for clinical medication. Drug use evaluation (DUE) will be adopted, which is to evaluate the hospital's drug use model according to the preset drug use standards, and then put forward corrective measures to ensure the rational use of drugs in clinic and realize the health care of patients, so as to evaluate the rationality of clinical drug use and standardize the clinical use of amphotericin B.

排除标准：

1. 资料不完整或关键信息缺失（如缺少实验室检查、用药记录、随访结局等）； 2. 两性霉素 B 使用天数不足 3 天，或治疗期间中断； 3. 因其他原因导致的死亡或不可逆肾功能损害（如严重细菌感染、手术并发症等），无法归因于两性霉素 B； 4. 未满足宿主因素要求的患者（如未出现中性粒细胞缺陷、未接受免疫抑制治疗等），不符合侵袭性真菌感染的高危人群定义。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete data or missing key information (such as lack of laboratory tests, medication records, follow-up outcomes, etc.); 2. Amphotericin B was used for less than 3 days or was interrupted during the treatment period; 3. Death or irreversible renal function impairment caused by other reasons (such as severe bacterial infection, surgical complications, etc.) that cannot be attributed to amphotericin B; 4. Patients who do not meet the requirements of host factors (such as no neutrophil deficiency, no immunosuppressive therapy, etc.) do not fall within the definition of high-risk groups for invasive fungal infections.
