研究目的：

1. 阐明不同症状群亚组的营养代谢特征及其炎症因子；2.构建结构方程模型，量化症状群严重度、炎症因子水平等对营养风险的动态影响路径，以揭示不同症状群演变与营养风险的时序性关联规律; 3. 构建肺癌化疗患者营养风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To delineate the metabolic characteristics of various symptom cluster subgroups and their associated inflammatory cytokine profiles. 2.To develop a structural equation model (SEM) that quantitatively maps the dynamic impact pathways of symptom cluster severity and inflammatory cytokine levels on nutritional risk, thereby elucidating the temporal correlation patterns between symptom cluster evolution and nutritional risk. 3.To establish a prognostic model for predicting the nutritional risk in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近3个月接受营养干预治疗；
2.合并其他恶性肿瘤，严重肝肾功能不全；
3.既往有精神病史或药物依赖；
4.近期（≤ 4 周）接受放疗或免疫检查点抑制剂；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Received nutritional support or intervention within the past three months.
2.Concurrent diagnosis of other malignant tumors, severe hepatic insufficiency, or severe renal insufficiency.
3.History of psychiatric disorders or substance abuse.
4.Underwent radiotherapy or treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors within the recent 4 weeks.

1.制定统一数据采集手册，对研究者进行培训考核；定期抽查录入数据，核对电子病历与问卷一致性，确保数据准确性； 2.数据管理：采用加密数据库存储，仅项目核心成员可调取分析数据；研究结束后，问卷资料及生物样本经匿名化处理、安全销毁。

1. Standardized Data Collection ProtocolDevelop a uniform data collection manual, conduct training and assessment for investigators; regularly audit data entries to ensure consistency between electronic medical records and questionnaires, thereby guaranteeing data accuracy. 2.Data Management Utilize an encrypted database for data storage, with access limited to core project members; upon study completion, questionnaire data and biological samples will be anonymized and securely destroyed.
