研究目的：

对比超声引导下单次前锯肌平面阻滞、竖脊肌平面阻滞和椎旁阻滞对VATS手术镇痛效果和康复的影响，为临床上VATS手术找到更为安全有效的局部镇痛技术。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison the Efficacy of Ultrasound-Guided Single Serratus Anterior Plane Erector Spinae Plane Block and Paravertebral Block on Postoperative Quality of Recovery and Analgesia After Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery, aiming to seek out an more effective and safer local analgesia method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 局部穿刺点感染；
② 凝血功能异常；
③ 局麻药过敏；
④ 严重心肺疾病；
⑤ 肝肾功能不全
⑥ 精神疾病
⑦ 术中拟行肺隔离技术者；
⑧ 手术时间预计大于120min者；
⑨ 预计高反流误吸风险者;

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infection of puncture site;
2. dysfunction of blood coagulation;
3. Anaphylaxis of local anesthetic;
4. Severe cardiopulmonary disease;
5. Hepatic and renal insufficiency;
6. mental sickness;
7. Those who need lung isolation intraoperatively;
8. The operation time is expected to be more than 120mn;
9. Those who predicted high risk with reflux and aspiration.
