研究目的：

探讨慢性肾脏病（CKD）4-5期患者的动脉粥样硬化指数（AIP）与心肾代谢综合征（CKM）的相关性，以评估AIP在心肾代谢综合征3期及4期发生过程中的作用，为早期识别及治疗心肾代谢综合征3期及4期提供思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between the Atherogenic Index of Plasma (AIP) and Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Syndrome(CKM) in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stages 4–5, with the aim of evaluating the role of AIP in the development of stages 3 and 4 of Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Syndrome and providing insights for early identification and treatment of stages 3 and 4 cardiorenal metabolic syndrome.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在恶性肿瘤、急性严重感染、失代偿性慢性肝病、血液病； 2.没有血清甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白数据的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of malignant tumors, acute severe infections, decompensated chronic liver disease, or hematological diseases; 2. Patients without data on serum triglycerides and high-density lipoprotein (HDL).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本试验的病历记录表CRF Case record Form采用电子表格excel统一整理记录：包括收集和手动录入所有受试者的基本信息，血脂指标及相关影像学资料，留档保存。所有受试者的血生化指标结果从医院的信息系统hospital information system中提取。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The medical record sheet of this trial was organised and recorded uniformly using a spreadsheet excel: this included the collection and manual entry of all subjects' basic information,blood lipid Indicators and relevant imaging data, which were kept on file. The blood biochemistry results of all subjects were extracted from the hospital's information system.
