研究目的：

1. 分析易栓症孕妇与健康孕妇胎盘血流灌注的差异性。 2. 对比易栓症孕妇与健康孕妇胎儿重要器官的血流灌注差异。 3. 代谢组学在易栓症孕妇与健康孕妇之间的差异。 4. 探讨联合多模态超声和代谢组学在诊断易栓症孕妇胎盘源性相关病理妊娠的可行性和价值。 5.建立多模态超声联合代谢组学在诊断易栓症孕妇不良妊娠结局的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyse differences in placental blood flow perfusion between pregnant women with thrombophilia and healthy pregnant women. 2. Compare differences in blood flow perfusion to major foetal organs between pregnant women with thrombophilia and healthy pregnant women. 3. Metabolomic differences between pregnant women with thrombophilia and healthy pregnant women. 4. Investigate the feasibility and value of combining multimodal ultrasound and metabolomics in diagnosing placenta-related pathological pregnancies in women with thrombophilia. 5. Establish a predictive model using multimodal ultrasound combined with metabolomics for diagnosing adverse pregnancy outcomes in women with thrombophilia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重的非心血管系统疾病（如活动性感染、恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能不全等）； 2.吸烟、饮酒及使用严重影响妊娠结局的药物史； 3.临床资料不完整、超声图像质量不佳等，无法进行有效分析。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe concomitant non-cardiovascular conditions (such as active infections, malignant tumours, or severe hepatic or renal insufficiency); 2. History of smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of medications significantly impacting pregnancy outcomes; 3. Incomplete clinical data, suboptimal ultrasound image quality, or other factors precluding effective analysis.
