研究目的：

本研究旨在构建并验证冠心病PCI术后患者心脏康复健康教育方案,为临床实践提供参考｡ 1.通过循证文献研究提取最佳证据,形成初步教育方案条目; 2.采用质性研究方法,访谈医护人员和患者,了解其需求,形成方案初稿; 3.运用德尔菲专家函询法对方案进行修订,形成方案终稿; 4.通过类实验研究,进行方案应用,以验证其有效性｡  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to develop and validate a health education programme for cardiac rehabilitation in patients following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for coronary heart disease, thereby providing guidance for clinical practice. 1. Extract the best available evidence through a review of the evidence-based literature to formulate preliminary items for the education programme; 2. Employ qualitative research methods to interview healthcare professionals and patients to understand their needs, and use this to draft the programme; 3. Revise the programme using the Delphi expert consultation method to produce the final version; 4. To validate the programme’s effectiveness through a quasi-experimental study.

1.体内安有心脏起搏器者； 2.伴有室性心律失常者； 3.依从性差者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with pacemakers in their bodies;
2.Individuals with ventricular arrhythmia;
3.Those with poor compliance;
