研究目的：

1. 完善已有华东、华南、华北多地队列的补充、随访和睡眠相关数据收集； 2. 通过已有队列，建立不同老年人群的生物节律特征谱，阐明在患者身上，不同睡眠障碍与老年人心理行为交互作用对认知功能下降的影响；  

Objectives of Study：

1. To supplement, follow up, and collect sleep-related data from existing cohorts in East China, South China, North China, and other regions. 2. To establish circadian rhythm profiles of different elderly populations based on existing cohorts, and elucidate the impact of interactions between various sleep disorders and psychological/behavioral factors on cognitive decline in older adults.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

多中心队列排除标准： 1.排除有严重躯体疾病患者，自杀企图者；近1月内脑卒中、脑血管意外，癫痫病史，颅脑外伤病史；经SCID访谈排除痴呆以外的其它轴I精神障碍，包括：精神分裂症、情感性精神障碍、焦虑谱系障碍；研究者认为存在不适合参加该临床试验的其他情况。 基因组排除标准：与“多中心队列排除标准”4个条目相同；存在明确诊断的基因遗传性疾病。 脑网络组排除标准：与“基因组排除标准”共计5个条目相同；体内有磁性金属置入者；存在幽闭恐惧情况无法完成磁共振检查 2.APOE4携带队列排除标准 排除有严重躯体疾病患者，自杀企图者；近一月内脑卒中、脑血管意外，癫痫病史，颅脑外伤病史；经SCID访谈排除痴呆以外的其它轴I精神障碍，包括：精神分裂症、情感性精神障碍、焦虑谱系障碍；研究者认为存在不适合参加该临床试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Multicenter cohort exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude patients with severe physical diseases, those with suicidal attempts; within the past month, history of stroke, cerebrovascular accident, epilepsy, or cranial trauma; after SCID interview, exclude other Axis I mental disorders except dementia, including: schizophrenia, affective mental disorders, anxiety spectrum disorders; the researcher considers there are other situations that make them unsuitable to participate in this clinical trial. Genomic exclusion criteria: The same as the 4 items in the "multicenter cohort exclusion criteria"; have a clearly diagnosed genetic genetic disease. Brain network group exclusion criteria: The same as the 5 items in the "genomic exclusion criteria"; have magnetic metal implants in the body; have claustrophobia and cannot complete magnetic resonance examination. 2. APOE4 carrier cohort exclusion criteria Exclude patients with severe physical diseases, those with suicidal attempts; within the past month, history of stroke, cerebrovascular accident, epilepsy, or cranial trauma; after SCID interview, exclude other Axis I mental disorders except dementia, including: schizophrenia, affective mental disorders, anxiety spectrum disorders; the researcher considers there are other situations that make them unsuitable to participate in this clinical trial.
