研究目的：

本研究旨在通过一项自身对照临床试验，评估5-dB SNR白噪音对失眠患者主客观睡眠指标的改善作用，并探索可能的生物学机制，为临床实践提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This self-controlled clinical trial aims to evaluate the improvement effects of 5-dB signal-to-noise ratio white noise on subjective and objective sleep parameters in patients with insomnia, explore potential biological mechanisms, and provide reference for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a）患有神经系统疾病（如癫痫、脑卒中等）或精神障碍（如抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症等）； b）过去6个月有酒精、咖啡、药物滥用者； c）入组前14天内或少于5个药物半衰期内使用过调节睡眠功能或影响睡眠的药物或保健品； d）受试者怀孕； e）存在磁共振成像（MRI）检查的禁忌证，例如体内有金属植入物（非MRI兼容型起搏器、人工关节、血管夹等）、严重的幽闭恐惧症等； f）不签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

a) Having neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, stroke, etc.) or psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, etc.); b) History of alcohol, caffeine, or drug abuse within the past 6 months; c) Use of sleep-regulating medications, drugs, or supplements that affect sleep within 14 days prior to enrollment or less than 5 drug half-lives; d) Pregnancy of the participant; e) Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), such as the presence of metal implants (non-MRI-compatible pacemakers, artificial joints, vascular clips, etc.), severe claustrophobia, etc.; f) Failure to sign the informed consent form.
