研究目的：

为构建适用于提升妇科微创核心技能的训练模型，验证该模型的有效性及是否能比FLS培训实现更优的技能转移，并借助CPTM开展培训，通过基于持续灌注动物离体器官（CPTM）的技能培训，验证其是否可有效提升妇科医师（尤其是年轻医师）的微创手术水平，以及其技能转移与保留的情况  

Objectives of Study：

In order to construct a training model suitable for improving the core skills of minimally invasive gynecology and verify the effectiveness of the model and whether it can achieve better skill transfer than FLS training, the training is carried out with the help of CPTM, and through the skills training based on continuous perfusion of animal ex vivo organs (CPTM), it is verified whether it can effectively improve the level of minimally invasive surgery of gynecologists (especially young physicians), as well as the transfer and retention of skills.
