Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of glucose in preventing maternal nausea and vomiting during cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并妊娠期糖尿病，糖耐量异常，胎儿宫内窘迫，怀疑有大出血（合并有前置胎盘，胎盘早剥）。

Exclusion criteria：

Gestational diabetes mellitus, abnormal glucose tolerance, fetal distress in utero, suspected massive hemorrhage (with placenta previa, placental abruption).
