研究目的：

评价在重度睑球粘连患者中，自体角膜缘干细胞移植（SLET）+睑球粘连分离+自体结膜移植+角膜板层移植+口唇黏膜移植+羊膜移植的新手术方法相比传统手术方法（不加SLET）在治疗后12月内降低睑球粘连复发的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of a novel surgical method combining autologous simple limbal epithelial transplant (SLET), symblepharon lysis, autologous conjunctival transplantation, lamellar keratoplasty, labial mucosal transplantation, and amniotic membrane transplantation in reducing the recurrence of symblepharon within 12 months after treatment, compared with the traditional surgical method (without SLET) in patients with severe symblepharon.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有乙肝、梅毒、HIV等传染性疾病； 2.有青光眼、高眼压、眼底病变、6个月内行眼科手术者； 3.有肝、肾功能不全，冠心病、高血压、糖尿病等全身疾病； 4.有血液病，出血性疾病，凝血功能差，贫血，营养不良，低体重； 5.其他自身免疫性疾病、精神类疾病； 6.妊娠、哺乳者； 7.双眼睑球粘连者，或者对侧眼有角膜缘干细胞缺乏或角膜缘不健康。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infectious diseases (hepatitis B, syphilis, HIV, etc.); 2. Glaucoma, ocular hypertension, fundus lesions, or ophthalmic surgery within 6 months; 3. Systemic diseases (hepatic/renal insufficiency, CHD, hypertension, DM, etc.); 4. Hematological/hemorrhagic diseases, poor coagulation, anemia, malnutrition, low body weight; 5. Other autoimmune diseases, mental disorders; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Bilateral symblepharon, or limbal stem cell deficiency/unhealthy limbus in contralateral eye.
