纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近1个月服用或输注抗生素或益生菌；
2.严重的胃肠道疾病；
3.精神疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Taking or transfusion of antibiotics or probiotics in the past 1 months;
2. Severe gastrointestinal diseases;
3. Mental illness
