To develop and gather validity evidence for an assessment tool evaluating procedural skills in airway management with a flexible LMA.

医师研究参与者 1.患有运动机能疾病（如颤抖）影响手部操作患者研究参与者 1.预测为困难气道； 2.BMI > 28 kg/m²； 3.存在其他影响喉罩安全使用的解剖或病理因素（如胃食管反流）。

Exclusion criteria：

Physician participants 1.History of motor skill disorders (e.g., tremor) affecting manual operation. Patient participants 1.Predicted difficult airway; 2.BMI > 28 kg/m^2; 3.Other anatomical or pathological factors that affect the safe use of the laryngeal mask airway (e.g., gastroesophageal reflux).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本研究的数据采集与管理由病例记录表（Case Record Form，CRF）和电子数据采集与管理系统（Electronic Data Capture，EDC）两部分组成。 1. 病例记录表（CRF）研究团队根据研究方案设计标准化病例记录表（CRF），用于记录研究所需的基础信息和研究相关数据，包括但不限于研究编号、操作者基本信息、病例编号、操作流程相关信息及评分结果等。所有 CRF 均采用统一格式，由研究人员在研究过程中如实、及时、完整填写，数据来源于原始记录和视频评分结果，并与原始资料保持一致。 2. 电子数据采集与管理系统（EDC）研究数据将录入至电子数据采集与管理系统（EDC）进行集中管理。EDC 系统基于医院内部或经批准的互联网平台运行，具备用户权限管理、数据校验、修改痕迹保留和审计追踪等功能，以确保数据的完整性、准确性和可追溯性。数据录入由经过培训的研究人员完成，数据管理员负责对已录入数据进行核查和管理。对存在疑问的数据，将通过质疑（query）方式反馈给研究者，研究者需及时核实并回复，必要时可进行再次质疑和修正。 3. 数据安全与备份所有研究数据均采用去标识化方式存储，仅使用研究编号进行识别。EDC 系统及相关电子数据均设置访问权限和密码保护，并定期进行数据备份，防止数据丢失或未经授权访问。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Data collection and management in this study will consist of two components: Case Record Forms (CRFs) and an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. 1. Case Record Forms (CRFs) Standardized case record forms (CRFs) will be developed by the research team in accordance with the study protocol to collect all required study data. The CRFs will include, but are not limited to, study identification numbers, basic operator information, case identifiers, procedural details, and assessment scores. All CRFs will follow a uniform format and will be completed by the investigators in a timely, accurate, and complete manner. Data recorded in the CRFs will be derived from source documents and video-based assessments and will remain consistent with the original records. 2. Electronic Data Capture (EDC) System All study data will be entered into an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for centralized data management. The EDC system will be hosted on an institutional or approved internet-based platform and will provide functions including user access control, data validation, audit trails, and tracking of data modifications, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and traceability. Data entry will be performed by trained study personnel. A designated data manager will be responsible for reviewing and overseeing the entered data. Any data queries identified during data review will be communicated to the investigators, who are required to respond promptly. Additional queries may be issued if necessary. 3. Data Security and Backup All study data will be stored in a de-identified manner using study-specific identification numbers only. Access to the EDC system and electronic datasets will be restricted by password protection and user authorization. Regular data backups will be performed to prevent data loss and unauthorized access.
