研究目的：

在诱导化疗无反应的局部晚期下咽癌患者中对比低分割放疗和常规分割放疗的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was carried out to evaluate the efficacy and safety of hypofractionated intensity-modulated radiotherapy for locally advanced hypopharyngeal carcinoma patients with no response to induction chemotherapy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往接受过常规放疗后复发的受试者；
2. 入组其他研究的；
3. 伴发有其他癌症且预期可能影响受试者生存的；
4. 任何不稳定的系统性疾病：包括活动性感染，未得到控制的高血压，充血性心力衰竭，心肌梗死，需要药物治疗的严重心律失常，肝脏肾脏或代谢性疾病，神经病/精神病如阿尔茨海默病；
5. 已知的人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染；
6. 根据研究者判断，有严重危害受试者安全或影响受试者完成研究的伴随疾病，以及受试者对于本研究的依从性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Prior conventional radiotherapy for hypopharyn carcinoma;
2. Treatment with any other investigational agent or participation in another clinical trial;
3. Malignancies other than hypopharyn carcinoma within 5 years prior to randomization;
4. History of any systemic diseases including: active infections, uncontrolled hypertension, congestive heart-failure, myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, liver, kidney or metabolic diseases;
5. Positive test for HIV;
6. Any other condition that contraindicates the use of radiation or that may affect the interpretation of the results or render the patient at high risk from treatment complications.
