研究者对颈内静脉血流频谱进行研究，向心方向为双峰型，近心端可呈三峰型，其中心脏收缩期及舒张早中期可形成2个向心波峰，即S波和D波，舒张晚期右房收缩，血液逆流为反向的第3峰A峰，这与静脉充盈评分中肝静脉的评估类似，但对此的研究较少，颈内静脉血流频谱波形变化与患者容量状态评估之间的关系尚不明确，且对于颈内静脉超声与CVP、静脉充盈超声评分之间关系没有研究，是否可以用颈内静脉超声代替右房压、下腔静脉超声

排除标准：

1.静脉系统血栓；
2.血管畸形；
3.中、重度三尖瓣反流；
4.房间隔穿孔；
5.因各种原因无法进行中心静脉置管的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Venous thromboembolism (VTE);
2.Vascular Malformation;
3.Moderate to Severe Tricuspid Regurgitation;
4.Atrial Septal Defect (ASD);
5.Patients unable to undergo central venous catheterization for various reasons;
