研究目的：

这项随机对照临床试验旨在探讨靶控输注和恒速输注瑞马唑仑诱导及维持用于老年脊柱手术患者的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

This randomised controlled clinical trial aims to investigate the efficacy and safety of target-controlled infusion versus constant-rate infusion of remimazolam for induction and maintenance anaesthesia in elderly patients undergoing spinal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 对阿片类、苯二氮卓类等药物过敏或禁忌； 2. 沟通困难或长期服用精神药物病史； 3. 可预料的困难气道； 4. 手术时间＞5h 或＜1h； 5. 肝肾功能严重障碍者，酗酒史； 6. 存在循环功能严重障碍或凝血机制异常者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to or contraindicated to opioids, benzodiazepines and other drugs; 2. History of communication difficulties or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 3. Predictable difficult airways; 4. The operation time is more than 5 hours or less than 1 hour; 5. Those with severe liver or kidney dysfunction and a history of alcohol abuse; 6. Those with severe circulatory dysfunction or abnormal coagulation mechanisms, etc.

瑞马唑仑靶控输注（TCI），诱导期血浆浓度3ug/ml，必要时调整至4ug/ml；维持期血浆靶浓度2-4 ug/mL，联合盐酸瑞芬太尼0.05-0.20ug/kg/min静脉泵入
