研究目的:

本研究联合超声粘弹性成像及超微血流成像,旨在探索该多参数超声在慢性肾病诊断及分期中的价值,以期为疾病早期识别与风险分层提供一种无创、实时、综合的超声评估方案。  

Objectives of Study:

This study integrates ultrasound viscoelastic imaging and superb microvascular imaging to evaluate the diagnostic and staging value of this multiparametric ultrasound approach in chronic kidney disease. The aim is to provide a noninvasive, real-time, and comprehensive ultrasound assessment strategy for early identification and risk stratification of chronic kidney disease.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.肾多发良性病变,如多发性肾囊肿、多囊肾、多发血管平滑肌脂肪瘤等; 2.肾恶性肿瘤; 3.患有影响弹性成像检查的其他肾脏疾病,如肾积水、先天性变异等; 4.屏气检查配合度差的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Multiple benign renal lesions, such as multiple renal cysts, polycystic kidney disease, or multiple angiomyolipomas; 2. Renal malignant tumors; 3. Other renal conditions that may interfere with elastographic examination, including hydronephrosis or congenital anomalies; 4. Patients unable to adequately cooperate with breath‑holding during the examination.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

Case data were collected using a structured Excel form. All research data were stored on a password-protected computer designated by the research team. To ensure confidentiality, personally identifiable information was replaced with unique study identification codes, and all data were encrypted for storage.
