研究目的：

(1)在婴儿经腹腔镜手术时，调查不同气腹压力下区域性脑组织氧饱和度和内脏氧饱和度的情况，评估不同气腹压力对婴儿脑氧代谢的影响，为婴儿经腹腔镜手术时气腹压力的调节提供理论支持。 (2)通过探索婴儿不同气腹压力下局部组织氧饱和度的情况，及时发现潜在的氧合不足，从而尽快采取相应的干预措施，为婴儿腹腔镜手术时，评估手术的安全性和优化手术条件打下坚实的基础。 (3)通过探索婴儿不同气腹压力下脑氧代谢的情况，寻求适宜气腹压力值，为临床护士手术前设置气腹压力值提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the effects of different pneumoperitoneum pressures on regional cerebral oxygen saturation and splanchnic oxygen saturation during laparoscopic surgery in infants, and to evaluate the impact of varying pneumoperitoneum pressures on cerebral oxygen metabolism, thereby providing theoretical support for the regulation of pneumoperitoneum pressure in infant laparoscopic procedures. (2) By exploring changes in regional tissue oxygen saturation under different pneumoperitoneum pressures in infants, this study aims to timely detect potential oxygen deficiency and facilitate prompt interventions, thereby laying a solid foundation for assessing surgical safety and optimizing operative conditions during infant laparoscopic surgery. (3) Through investigating cerebral oxygen metabolism under varying pneumoperitoneum pressures in infants, this research seeks to identify appropriate pneumoperitoneum pressure levels, offering a scientific basis for clinical nurses in setting pneumoperitoneum pressures prior to surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.产伤及宫内窘迫史； 2.合并肠扭转坏死、绞窄性肠梗阻征象者； 3.合并其他先天性疾病者； 4.合并缺血缺氧性脑病（HIE）、颅内出血者； 5.红细胞计数、血红蛋白值、红细胞压积异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of birth trauma and intrauterine distress; 2. Cases presenting with intestinal torsion necrosis or signs of strangulating intestinal obstruction; 3. Cases with concomitant congenital anomalies; 4. Cases with concomitant hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy (HIE) or intracranial haemorrhage; 5. Cases with abnormal red blood cell count, haemoglobin levels, or haematocrit.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由不参与受试者招募、筛选和评估的独立统计人员采用便利抽样方法选取2026年1月-2026年12月行腹腔镜腹部手术的婴儿，随机分为甲组和乙组。通过SPSSV26.0 statistics software （IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows, Version 26.0; IBMCorp., New York, USA)为40名患儿生成随机数字，按随机数升序排序后，前20名纳入甲组，后20名纳入乙组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Independent statisticians who were not involved in the recruitment, screening, and evaluation of the subjects used the convenience sampling method to select infants who underwent laparoscopic abdominal surgery from January 2026 to December 2026. These infants were randomly divided into Group A and Group B. Using SPSS V26.0 statistics software (IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows, Version 26.0; IBM Corp., New York, USA), random numbers were generated for 40 children. After sorting the numbers in ascending order, the first 20 were included in Group A and the last 20 in Group B.

盲法：

围手术过程中，将气腹机背向手术医师、麻醉医师，二者均不知晓机器设置的压力数据，仅根据手术视野的清晰度，提出是否需要增加压力值。

Blinding：

During the surgical procedure, the pneumoperitoneum machine was placed facing away from the surgeon and the anesthesiologist. Neither of them knew the pressure data set by the machine. They only relied on the clarity of the surgical field to decide whether to increase the pressure value.
