研究目的：

主要研究目的： 通过为期2年的前瞻性队列研究，利用多模式影像技术，量化并定位高度近视患者后巩膜葡萄肿的形态学进展，识别其发展的“热点区域”，并探讨该区域结构与血流参数的变化规律。 次要研究目的： 1.比较有/无后巩膜葡萄肿的高度近视患者在基线及随访期间的眼底并发症（如弥漫性/斑片状脉络膜视网膜萎缩、牵拉性黄斑病变、脉络膜新生血管）发生率差异。 2.探讨后巩膜葡萄肿形态学参数与视网膜/脉络膜厚度、血流密度及视功能（黄斑敏感度）的相关性。 3.构建预测后巩膜葡萄肿进展的风险模型，为临床早期预警提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Research Objective: Through a 2-year prospective cohort study, using multimodal imaging techniques, to quantify and locate the morphological progression of posterior scleral staphyloma in highly myopic patients, identify its 'hotspot regions' of development, and explore the variation patterns of structural and blood flow parameters in these regions. Secondary Research Objectives: 1. Compare the incidence differences of fundus complications (such as diffuse/patchy chorioretinal atrophy, tractional maculopathy, choroidal neovascularization) between highly myopic patients with and without posterior scleral staphyloma at baseline and during follow-up. 2. Investigate the correlation between the morphological parameters of posterior scleral staphyloma and retinal/choroidal thickness, blood flow density, and visual function (macular sensitivity). 3. Develop a risk model predicting the progression of posterior scleral staphyloma to provide a basis for early clinical warning.

1.有眼部外伤史 2.伴有其他影响视觉功能观察的视网膜和视神经病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of ocular trauma; 2.Complicated with other retinal and optic nerve lesions that affect the observation of visual function.
