研究目的：

（1）比较类风湿关节炎（RA）患者心脏-血管耦联指标（AVI/GLS）的改变，明确RA对心脏-血管功能损伤特征。（2）分析RA患者心脏-血管耦联指标（AVI/GLS）的与疾病炎症活动度、基本临床指标等之间的关系，揭示RA患者心脏-血管失耦联的临床表现。（3）探讨心脏-血管耦联指标（AVI/GLS）在RA患者中对高心血管风险的预测价值，评估其作为心血管风险筛查指标的临床意义。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Compare the changes in cardiac-vascular coupling indicators (AVI/GLS) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) to clarify the characteristics of cardiac-vascular functional impairment caused by RA. (2) Analyze the relationship between cardiac-vascular coupling indicators (AVI/GLS) and disease inflammatory activity, basic clinical indicators, etc., in RA patients, revealing the clinical manifestations of cardiac-vascular decoupling in RA patients. (3) Explore the predictive value of cardiac-vascular coupling indicators (AVI/GLS) for high cardiovascular risk in RA patients and evaluate their clinical significance as cardiovascular risk screening indicators.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的终末期器官衰竭、血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤及精神类疾病患者； 2.合并其他系统性自身免疫性疾病者（如强直性脊柱炎、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、系统性血管炎、皮肌炎等）； 3.先天性心脏病患者（如房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭、法洛四联症等）； 4.既往明确诊断以下严重心血管疾病者：严重心律失常（持续性房颤、恶性室性心律失常等）、结构性心脏病患者（如严重心脏瓣膜病、肥厚型或扩张型心肌病等）; 5.妊娠期及哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe end-stage organ failure, hematologic diseases, malignant tumors, or psychiatric disorders; 2.Patients with other systemic autoimmune diseases (such as ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, systemic vasculitis, dermatomyositis, etc.); 3.Patients with congenital heart disease (such as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, tetralogy of Fallot, etc.); 4.Patients previously diagnosed with the following severe cardiovascular diseases: severe arrhythmias (such as persistent atrial fibrillation, malignant ventricular arrhythmias, etc.), or structural heart disease (such as severe valvular heart disease, hypertrophic or dilated cardiomyopathy, etc.); 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
