研究目的：

本研究旨在基于时机理论，通过文献分析和专家咨询构建PICC置管患者自我管理问题提示列表，并应用该列表开展对照研究，以验证其在提升患者自我管理能力、降低导管相关并发症发生率及提高患者满意度中的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to, based on the timing theory, construct a list of self-management issues for PICC catheterized patients through literature analysis and expert consultation, and apply this list to conduct a controlled study to verify its effectiveness in enhancing patients' self-management ability, reducing the incidence of catheter-related complications, and improving patient satisfaction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并严重心、肝、肾等脏器功能衰竭，或终末期恶性肿瘤（预计生存期＜3个月）； 2. 置管后24小时内出现导管异位、穿刺点严重渗血等需立即拔管的情况； 3. 研究期间因病情变化转科、死亡或拒绝继续参与随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys, or terminal malignant tumors (expected survival period < 3 months); 2. Within 24 hours after catheter insertion, situations such as catheter displacement or severe bleeding at the puncture site that require immediate catheter removal; 3. During the study period, patients were transferred to another department, died, or refused to continue participating in follow-up.
