研究目的:

本项目旨在通过构建临床信息和组学数据结合的多元精准医学研究和转化平台,建立有效的人群队列临床信息采集系统,和针对儿科的免疫性疾病的多组学研究转化平台,通过多中心的临床合作,对包括中小型血管炎性疾病、哮喘等儿童免疫性疾病进行系统研究,开发基于生物信息学、深度学习等算法的多组学,生物因子以及细胞特征和表型组学之间关联研究的新技术,从而形成快速的分子标志物发现平台,以及由此新技术转化开发一系列针对儿童免疫性疾病的早期、精准、新型的分子诊断或筛查技术。为儿童免疫性疾病的早期诊断、疾病分型、以及个体化治疗提供关键技术支撑平台。由平台转化出的分子诊断技术将为降低儿科疾病的误诊,漏诊,减少无效和过度医疗,提高医疗水平,提高医疗资源的利用率,实现儿科精准医疗提供重要的科技支撑。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, through multi-center clinical cooperation, we collect clinical information and multi-omics data, based on bioinformatics, deep learning and other algorithms, biological factors, phenotypes and cell character, intend to establish an effective informational platform for the precision medicine and transformation medical research of childhood immune diseases including small and medium vascular inflammatory diseases and asthma. This platform can be helpful in the screening and development of novel bio-markers and techniques for diagnostic or screening of childhood immune diseases.This platform will provide a key technical support for early diagnosis, disease classification, and individualized treatment of childhood immune diseases. The molecular diagnostic technology transformed by the platform will provide important technical support for reducing misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis, reducing ineffectiveness and over-medical treatment of pediatric diseases, improving medical level, improving utilization of medical resources, and achieving pediatric precision medicine.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

川崎病组排除:具有突出呼吸道或消化道症状;前一个月接受静脉注射免疫球蛋白治疗;前一周进行过包含全身糖皮质激素或其他免疫调节剂的治疗;接受过影响免疫功能的治的病人。
哮喘组排除(1) 5岁以下的患者; (2) 患有当前或最近感染的患者,服用任何药物(如ICS),或患有任何急性哮喘发作。

Exclusion criteria:

Kawasaki Disease patients:
1. Patients with respiratory or digestive tract symptoms;
2. Received intravenous immunoglobulin therapy in previous month;
3. Received glucocorticoids or other immunomodulators in previous week;
4. Received other therapies which may change immune function.
Asthma patients:
1. <5 years old;
2. current or recent infection, medication, or acute asthma attack.
