研究目的：

本研究基于多导睡眠监测（polysomnography，PSG）或便携睡眠监测（portable monitoring，PM）为金标准，验证RingConn 智能指环睡眠时长、各睡眠阶段（REM/Non-REM）、睡眠时点、AHI等各睡眠维度指数的真实性、可靠性和预测效率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study used polysomnography (PSG) or portable monitoring (PM) as the reference standard to validate the accuracy, reliability, and predictive performance of the RingConn smart ring in measuring multiple sleep-related indices, including total sleep time, sleep stages (REM and non-REM), sleep timing parameters, and the apnea–hypopnea index (AHI).
