本项目将从技术优势量化、影像方案优化、临床实践应用三个方面为 ME-fMRI 引导的 ASD 个体化 TMS 治疗提供系统的证据,具体目标包括:(1)明确 ME-fMRI 在皮层下核团功能连接和局部指标上 相对 SE-fMRI 的信度优势;(2)揭示 ME-fMRI 中皮层下核团功能连接和局部指标信度与扫描时间的关系;(3)明确 ME-fMRI 引导的个体化 TMS 治疗 ASD 的有效性。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This project will provide systematic evidence to support ME-fMRI–guided individualized TMS treatment for ASD from three perspectives—quantification of technical advantages, optimization of imaging protocols, and clinical application. The specific aims are to: (1) determine the reliability advantages of ME-fMRI over SE-fMRI for subcortical functional connectivity and local metrics; (2) characterize the relationship between scan duration and the reliability of subcortical functional connectivity and local metrics in ME-fMRI; and (3) evaluate the efficacy of ME-fMRI–guided individualized TMS for ASD. |

排除标准: |
1.无法接受 TMS 干预和磁共振扫描(如:心脏起搏器); 2.合并如恶性肿瘤等其他严重疾病者; 3.21-三体综合征;精神分裂症;言语和语言发育障碍;听力 障碍;无法端坐位配合康复评估及治疗者; 4.金属植入术后者; 5.既往有癫痫样发作/癫痫病史/服用抗癫痫药物或抗精神病 药治疗者;妊娠者; 6.颅脑外伤、颅脑感染、脑肿瘤等病史;颅脑内金属物植入 或颅内手术史; 7.存在严重心肺功能异常、极度虚弱等病情不稳定者。 |

数据采集与管理由两部分组成: 1. 病例报告表(CRF):用于记录一般人口学信息、诊断信息、量表评估、干预参数与不良事件等; 2. 影像数据(ME-fMRI等)在采集后进行编号化与去标识化处理,存储于受控服务器/加密硬盘,实行分级权限访问与操作日志记录;定期备份并开展质控。所有数据仅限研究目的使用,保存期限按机构科研与伦理管理要求执行。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Data collection and management consist of two parts: 1. Case Report Form (CRF): It is used to record general demographic information, diagnostic information, scale assessments, intervention parameters, and adverse events, etc. 2. Imaging data (such as ME-fMRI) are numbered and de-identified after collection, stored on controlled servers or encrypted hard drives, and subject to hierarchical access control and operation log recording; regular backups are conducted and quality control is carried out. All data are used solely for research purposes and the retention period is in accordance with the institutional research and ethics management requirements. |
