研究目的：

验证人工智能赋能的虚拟仿真教学系统在TMD临床思维训练中的教学效果，比较其与传统教学模式的差异，提升学生在TMD诊断与治疗方案制定中的能力，优化口腔医学教育模式。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the teaching effectiveness of an artificial intelligence-empowered virtual simulation teaching system in clinical reasoning training for temporomandibular disorders (TMD), compare its differences with traditional teaching modes, enhance students' abilities in TMD diagnosis and treatment planning, and optimize the educational model in stomatology/oral medicine.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未完成前述基础课程学习者； 2.未通过口腔专业见习/实习考核，缺乏基本临床检查能力者； 3.因视力、听力、认知障碍等原因无法正常完成虚拟实验操作者； 4.不具备基本计算机操作能力或缺乏实验所需硬件条件者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Learners who have not completed the above basic courses; 2. Those who fail the stomatological probation/practice examination and lack basic clinical examination ability; 3. The operator who cannot normally complete the virtual experiment due to vision, hearing, cognitive impairment and other reasons; 4. Those who do not have basic computer operation ability or lack the necessary hardware conditions for the experiment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表（CRF） CRF 用于记录研究过程中产生的所有原始观察数据，包括受试者基本信息、纳排标准评估、访视记录、检查结果、结局指标数据及不良事件情况等。CRF 的设计遵循研究方案的要求，确保所有关键变量均可追踪、可验证，并与研究流程一致。 电子数据采集和管理系统（EDC） 本研究使用 ResMan 等基于互联网的 EDC 系统进行数据录入、存储与管理。EDC 系统通过电子化方式录入 CRF 中的数据，实现数据审核、查询、校验规则自动触发、缺失数据提醒及数据溯源，确保数据真实、完整、准确（符合 ALCOA+ 原则）。系统支持分级权限管理，研究者、监查员和数据管理员可在权限范围内完成数据录入、核查、质疑与锁定等流程。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Report Form (CRF) The CRF is used to record all original observational data generated during the study, including participant demographic information, inclusion and exclusion criteria assessment, visit records, examination results, outcome measures, and adverse events. The design of the CRF follows the requirements of the study protocol to ensure that all key variables are traceable, verifiable, and consistent with the study procedures. Electronic Data Capture (EDC) System This study utilizes ResMan, an internet-based EDC system, for data entry, storage, and management. The EDC system electronically enters data from the CRF and enables data review, queries, automatic validation rule checks, missing data alerts, and data traceability, ensuring that data are authentic, complete, and accurate (in compliance with ALCOA+ principles). The system supports tiered access control, allowing investigators, monitors, and data managers to perform data entry, verification, query resolution, and data locking within their authorized permissions.
