本研究聚焦化疗诱导的NETs异常累积以及机械敏感性离子通道（Piezo1/TRPV4）调控失衡两大关键机制，旨在揭示“NETs-机械通道”轴在VILI中作用，为开发靶向干预策略提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on two key mechanisms: the abnormal accumulation of NETs induced by chemotherapy and the dysregulation of mechanically sensitive ion channels (Piezo1/TRPV4), aiming to elucidate the role of the 'NETs-mechanical channel' axis in VILI and provide a theoretical basis for developing targeted intervention strategies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 1. 术前存在明确的间质性肺病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病（GOLD 3级及以上）、严重肺动脉高压或心力衰竭等重大呼吸/循环系统疾病； 2. 患有严重自身免疫性疾病或长期使用免疫抑制剂； 3. 术前有活动性肺部感染； 4. 无法配合完成研究或提供知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: 1. Presence of significant respiratory/circulatory system diseases before surgery, such as definite interstitial lung disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD grade 3 or above), severe pulmonary hypertension, or heart failure; 2. Severe autoimmune diseases or long-term use of immunosuppressants; 3. Active pulmonary infection before surgery; 4. Inability to cooperate with the study or provide informed consent.
