研究目的：

本项目基于AI多模态情绪识别与情绪协同理论，创新构建卒中患者-家属“识别-响应-执行-反馈”闭环干预模型。通过情绪动态感知与联动特征建模，实现个体与家庭双层面的精准护理。经临床试点与随机对照试验验证，预期可显著改善患者情绪与康复依从性，缓解照护者负担，优化家庭互动质量，推动智能护理干预模式的系统化与推广应用。

Objectives of Study：

This project innovatively constructs a closed-loop intervention model for stroke patients and their families, based on AI multimodal emotion recognition and emotion coordination theory, encompassing "identification-response-execution-feedback". Through dynamic emotion perception and modeling of linkage features, it achieves precise care at both individual and family levels. Clinical pilot studies and randomized controlled trials have validated its efficacy, demonstrating significant improvements in patients 'emotional well-being and rehabilitation compliance, alleviation of caregivers' burden, optimization of family interaction quality, and promotion of systematic application of intelligent nursing intervention models.

患者排除标准： 1.合并严重躯体或精神疾病、沟通障碍或无法完成随访等； 2.参与其他干预类研究项目者家属排除标准： 1.明显认知障碍； 2.既往重度焦虑、抑郁或诊断明确的心理疾病； 3.无法稳定参与干预全过程者（如工作变动等）

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patients: 1. Those with severe somatic or psychiatric disorders, communication impairments, or inability to complete follow-up; 2. Participants in other intervention research projects. Exclusion criteria for family members: 1. Significant cognitive impairment; 2. History of severe anxiety, depression, or clearly diagnosed mental disorders; 3. Inability to consistently participate in the entire intervention process (e.g., due to job changes).

研究中使用随机数字生成器（https://www.random.org/）生成随机数，由小到大排序，规定前半部分数字较小的分配至对照组，接受常规护理；而后半部分数字较大的为试验组，接受AI辅助闭环情绪干预路径。将这些随机数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封中，交由非研究人员保管，按照患者入院时间先后顺序依次拆开信封，进行随机分组

In the study, random numbers were generated using a random number generator (https://www.random.org/) and ranked in ascending order. The first half of the numbers with smaller values were assigned to the control group, which received conventional care, while the latter half of the numbers with larger values were assigned to the experimental group, which received an AI-assisted closed-loop emotional intervention pathway.

Blinding：	Research nurses were responsible for implementing the intervention but did not participate in endpoint assessment or data analysis. Both outcome assessors and data analysts remained blinded to the grouping and AI identification results to avoid measurement and analysis bias.
