探究肠道菌群移植（FMT）联合标准肿瘤内科治疗在消化道恶性肿瘤中的协同增效作用，建立可推广的临床转化路径  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the synergistic enhancing effect of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) combined with standard oncological treatment in digestive tract malignancies, and to establish a clinically applicable and scalable transformation pathway

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇、哺乳期女性、年龄<18岁；
2.合并严重疾病：重要器官（心、肺、肝、肾）功能衰竭或未控制的高血压、糖尿病；
3.活动性感染：如乙肝、丙肝、HIV、结核等；
4.精神障碍：无法理解研究或配合治疗；
5.其他肿瘤：合并其他恶性肿瘤或严重血液/自身免疫性疾病；
6.无法耐受：肿瘤晚期不能耐受化疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women, lactating women, individuals under the age of 18;
2.Comorbid severe diseases: organ failure (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys) or uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes;
3.Active infections: such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, tuberculosis, etc;
4.Mental disorders: unable to understand the study or cooperate with treatment;
5.Other tumors: combined with other malignant tumors or severe blood/disease auto-immune diseases;
6.Unable to tolerate: unable to tolerate chemotherapy in advanced tumor stage;
