本研究旨在评估基于大语言模型的乳腺癌患者情绪管理系统的可用性。

Aims to evaluate the usability of a large language model–based emotional management system for breast cancer patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、乳腺癌患者排除标准 ①经诊断患有认知障碍或严重影响评估的精神疾病； ②当前处于妊娠期或哺乳期； ③合并其他恶性肿瘤（已治愈的皮肤基底细胞癌或宫颈原位癌除外），或伴有严重心、肝、肾功能不全等重大器质性疾病； ④当前存在物质滥用（包括酒精或药物依赖），或评估存在活跃的自杀意念； ⑤同时参与其他可能干扰本研究结局指标评价的临床试验或干预性研究。 2、临床领域专家排除标准 曾直接参与或受雇于与本研究所研发的情绪管理系统有直接商业或知识产权关联的项目专家。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion Criteria for Breast Cancer Patients​ (1)Diagnosed with cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders that significantly affect assessment validity. (2)Currently pregnant or lactating. (3)Presence of other malignant tumors (except cured basal cell carcinoma of the skin or cervical carcinoma in situ), or serious organic diseases such as significant cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction. (4)Current substance abuse (including alcohol or drug dependence), or assessed as having active suicidal ideation. (5)Concurrent participation in other clinical trials or interventional studies that may confound the evaluation of outcome measures in the present study. 2.Exclusion Criteria for Clinical Domain Experts​ Experts who have directly participated in or been employed by projects that have direct commercial or intellectual property connections with the emotional management system developed in this study.
