研究目的：

1. 构建适合住院青少年女抑郁症患者的体感游戏运动干预方案。 2. 探讨体感游戏运动干预在住院青少年女抑郁症患者中的可行性和效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop a somatosensory game exercise intervention program suitable for hospitalized adolescent female patients with depression. 2. Explore the feasibility and effectiveness of somatosensory game exercise intervention in hospitalized adolescent female patients with depression。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并精神分裂症、双相情感障碍等重性精神疾病 2.伴有骨折者； 3.有癫痫发作风险者； 4.有高血压或贫血者； 5.有严重躯体疾病或运动功能障碍； 6.不能配合研究，如语言表达障碍、智力障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with severe mental illnesses like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder 2. Those with fractures 3. Those at risk of seizures 4. People with high blood pressure or anemia 5. Those with serious physical illnesses or movement disorders 6. Those who cannot cooperate with the study, such as having speech or intellectual impairments
