研究目的：

构建覆盖COPD全周期（预防-诊断-治疗-康复-自我管理）的循证健康教育知识图谱，并开发嵌入式智能问答系统。旨在为医护人员提供标准化知识支撑，为患者提供便捷、准确的健康信息获取渠道，最终提升患者疾病认知、自我管理能力及生活质量，降低急性加重发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct an evidence-based health education knowledge graph covering the entire cycle of COPD (prevention - diagnosis - treatment - rehabilitation - self-management), and develop an embedded intelligent question-answering system. It aims to provide standardized knowledge support for medical staff, offer patients convenient and accurate channels for obtaining health information, and ultimately enhance patients' disease awareness, self-management ability and quality of life, while reducing the incidence of acute exacerbations.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除标准： 1.医护人员组：(1) 实习、进修或轮转医师/护士；(2) 在研究开始前3个月内发生重大岗位变动（如离职、调科）者。
2.患者组：(1) 患有严重精神疾病或经评估存在认知功能障碍，无法配合完成研究；(2) 处于COPD疾病终末期，病情极不稳定；(3) 明确拒绝参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Medical staff group: (1) Intern, trainee or rotating physicians/nurses. (2) Those who have undergone significant job changes (such as resignation or transfer to another department) within three months prior to the start of the study. 2.Patient group: (1) Suffering from severe mental illness or assessed as having cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate in completing the study. (2) In the terminal stage of COPD, the condition is extremely unstable. (3) Explicitly refuse to participate in this researcher.
