Objectives of Study: |
This research is a diagnostic study. Its main content is to construct the metabolic epilepsy network mechanism of patients with frontal lobe epilepsy (FLE) based on artificial intelligence and 18F-FDG PET images, clarify the mechanism between epilepsy and the epilepsy network, develop and validate an artificial intelligence algorithm model, and achieve the prediction of the origin site of epilepsy and the postoperative outcome of patients, providing precise preoperative guidance for clinicians. |

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients accompanied by encephalitis, hydrocephalus, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebrovascular diseases, or intracranial space - occupying lesions; 2. Patients with poor image quality, such as those with severe image artifacts caused by head movement or those with sub - optimal image visualization due to non - standard scanning; 3. Patients diagnosed with cognitive impairment. |
