研究目的：

本项目依托前期基于已建立的中医智能云系统、素问中医大模型、大数据和云计算平台，联合组织全国十家研究单位，搭建数智化大数据管理分析平台，建立乙型肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌队列和拟开展的前瞻性研究队列；并拟在已有乙肝、肝硬化、肝癌临床队列基础上，构建中医证候量表和体质量表，结合智能化舌脉诊仪，运用多模态数据分析方法明确乙肝肝硬化体质特征和中医病机演变规律，并通过前瞻性临床研究数据进行验证和优化。旨在应用多模态大数据管理分析平台和人工智能技术，明确乙肝肝硬化发生发展的体质特征和中医病机演变规律，为建立中医药阻逆疾病进展的分期论治方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Establishing a clinical effective scheme combining syndrome differentiation and body constitution differentiation in TCM is a key measure to reduce the case fatality rate associated with HBV-related cirrhosis. Relying on the previously established intelligent TCM cloud system, Susu TCM large model, big data, and cloud computing platform, this project jointly organizes ten research units nationwide to build a digital intelligence big data management and analysis platform, establish cohorts for hepatitis B, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and launch prospective research cohorts. On the basis of existing clinical cohorts for HBV, cirrhosis, and HCC, it intends to construct TCM syndrome scales and body constitution scales, combine intelligent tongue and pulse diagnosis instruments, and use multi-modal data analysis methods to clarify the physical characteristics and the evolution rules of TCM pathogenesis in HBV-related cirrhosis, which will be verified and optimized through prospective clinical research data.It aims to apply a multimodal big data management and analysis platform and artificial intelligence technology to clarify the constitutional characteristics of the occurrence and development of hepatitis B cirrhosis and the evolution patterns of traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis, providing a basis for establishing a stage-specific treatment plan in traditional Chinese medicine to prevent disease progression.

排除标准：

1.合并其他肝病（如酒精性肝病、自身免疫性肝病、药物性肝损伤等）；
2.合并其他系统严重原发病或恶性肿瘤；
3.妊娠期或哺乳期女性，或近期有生育意愿者；
4.严重精神疾病患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Coexisting with other liver diseases (e.g., alcoholic liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury);
2.Coexisting with other severe primary diseases of organ systems or malignant tumors;
3.Pregnant or lactating women, or individuals with recent fertility intentions;
4.Patients with severe mental disorders;
