研究目的：

应激性高血糖也是糖尿病发生的重要病因。了解GDM患者体内应激状态及氧化应激损伤程度与胰岛素抵抗的关系，明确GDM患者体内应激适应障碍的发生状况，初步阐明应激适应障碍引起GDM患者血糖升高的机制，为GDM的发病机制提供新的线索，了解糖代谢异常性疾病的发病机理及预防GDM的发生，对保障母婴健康具有至关重要的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Stress hyperglycemia is also an important cause of diabetes. To understand the relationship between stress state and oxidative stress injury and insulin resistance in GDM patients, to clarify the occurrence of stress adaptation disorder in GDM patients, to elucidate the mechanism of glucose elevation in GDM patients caused by stress adaptation disorder, and to provide new clues for the pathogenesis of GDM and to understand the pathogenesis of abnormal glucose metabolism diseases. The mechanism and the prevention of GDM are of great importance for the protection of maternal and infant health.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除甲状腺、胰腺炎、胆囊炎等病史，无糖尿病家族史，未合并糖尿病、高血压、多囊卵巢综合症、甲亢或甲减等疾病且妊娠早期空腹血糖（FPG）均<5.6 mmol/L，妊娠期未应用激素或其他影响糖代谢的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude thyroid, pancreatitis, cholecystitis and other medical history. No family history of diabetes, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism was found, and the fasting blood glucose (FPG) in early pregnancy was less than 5.6 mmol/L. No hormones or other drugs affecting glucose metabolism were used during pregnancy
