研究目的：

分析、总结应用结线缝合法闭合创面，胃肠道 ESD 患者创面愈合效果；对ESD手术操作时间以及治疗费用的影响。对比分析不同缝合方法的手术相关并发症的发生率是否存在差异（术中出血、穿孔；迟发性出血；迟发性穿孔）。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze and summarize the wound healing efficacy of using the knot-tying suture method for wound closure in patients undergoing gastrointestinal ESD, as well as its impact on ESD procedure time and treatment costs; and to comparatively analyze whether there are differences in the incidence of procedure-related complications (intraoperative bleeding, perforation; delayed bleeding; delayed perforation) among different suturing methods.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）病变不符合胃肠道病变ESD适应症；2）患者一般情况差、无法耐受内镜手术；3）心肺功能不全不能耐受全身麻醉患者；4）出凝血功能异常患者；5）无法签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Lesions that do not meet the indications for gastrointestinal ESD.2.Patients with poor general condition who cannot tolerate endoscopic surgery.3.Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency who cannot tolerate general anesthesia.4.Patients with coagulation disorders (abnormalities in blood coagulation function).5.Patients unable to sign the informed consent form.
