研究目的：

本研究旨在通过横断面调查，明确本院住院精神分裂症患者共病慢性疼痛的患病率及临床特征，并通过6个月的前瞻性随访，纵向观察共病疼痛对患者精神症状、生活质量及生化指标的动态影响，为早期识别、风险评估与长期管理提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to clarify the prevalence and clinical characteristics of comorbid chronic pain in hospitalized schizophrenia patients in our hospital through a cross-sectional survey, and to longitudinally observe the dynamic effects of comorbid pain on patients' mental symptoms, quality of life, and biochemical indicators through a 6-month prospective follow-up, providing empirical evidence for early identification, risk assessment, and long-term management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

三组排除标准：1、合并严重躯体疾病；2、存在精神活性物质滥用或依赖史;3、存在严重认知、视听或语言障碍；4、妊娠期或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

Three groups of exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe physical diseases; 2. History of psychoactive substance abuse or dependence; 3. Severe cognitive, audio-visual or language impairment; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
