研究目的：

比较间歇性加压充气装置和床边功率自行车这两种方法对预防ICU围术期患者发生VTE的效果及其对预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of intermittent pneumatic compression device and bedside cycle ergometer on the prevention of VTE in ICU patients during perioperative period and its influence on prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

开放性损伤无法完成双下肢超声检查；
生命体征不稳定；
非手术患者；
Caprini评分量表0-2分；
抗凝禁忌；
妊娠期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Open injury can not complete the lower extremity ultrasound examination;
2. Vital signs are not stable;
3. The Caprini score scale was 0-2 points.
4. Pregnant women;
6. With anticoagulant taboo.
