Participants will attend the seminar. The seminar will last for 1 hour. The content will cover information about the latest drug trends; commonly used drugs, such as etomidate, cocaine, cannabis, tetrahydrocannabinol and cannabidiol; and harm caused by the drugs and will clarify the myths and misconception about these drugs. The legal consequences of drug use and drug trafficking will also be presented during the seminar.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

The potential participants will be approached by the research assistants at the collaborating community centres and ethnic minority associations. They will be briefed about the project and given an information sheet and consent form. After obtaining the consent, they will be asked to complete the baseline questionnaire (T0). After attending the seminar, the participants will be asked to complete the post-programme questionnaire (T1) on their knowledge about drug-related harm, attitudes towards drug use and drug trafficking.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：
